The TS Series is a standard line of fire rated safes featuring 12 gauge steel construction, a single layer of fireboard insulation, and a 30-minute fire rating at 1200 degrees F. The safe is secured with 1" diameter locking bolts and operates via a lever handle. Its exterior dimensions measure H: 59" x W: 18" x D: 15.5" (adding 1.5" to depth for handle and hinges), while the interior dimensions are H: 56.5" x W: 15" x D: 11". The external volume is 9.6 cubic feet and the internal volume is 5.4 cubic feet, with a total weight of 285 lbs. The door consists of a 3.875" thick composite steel door with a 6 gauge steel plate front, incorporating eight 1" diameter steel locking bolts for full door coverage distributed as follows: one up, one down, and three on each side. It also features a re-locker to guard against lock tampering, a drill-resistant hard plate to protect against drill attacks, and attack-resistant external hinges that allow the door to open 200 degrees. The heavy-duty 12 gauge thick welded body comes with pre-drilled bottom for bolting the safe to the floor, and includes mounting hardware for concrete. It is equipped with a La Gard Type 1 (UL listed) high-security electronic lock made in the USA. The fire protection includes a heat-activated door seal that expands five times its thickness, with one layer of fireboard insulation in the body walls, floor, and ceiling, and three layers in the door. The safe has an 8 gun capacity, which may vary based on the type and size of guns.
