The non-fire insulated steel security safe is constructed from cold rolled 18 gauge steel (1.2mm) and features a clam shell design that opens with the top flipping backwards. It includes a security cable that mounts on the left side of the unit with a total length of 36 inches, and has a foam interior on both the top and bottom for added protection. The safe comes pre-drilled with 2 holes in the bottom for mounting, although mounting hardware is not included. It weighs 3 lbs and has external dimensions of H: 2" x W: 6-1/2" x D: 9-3/4", and internal dimensions of H: 1-11/16" x W: 6-1/8" x D: 8-7/8". The external volume is 0.073 cubic feet and the internal volume is 0.052 cubic feet. It features a mechanical combination lock that operates with a unique 3-number spin combination, where each digit ranges from 0 to 9 and the combination code is re-programmable. The safe is finished with a black textured powder coat and employs a latch lock mechanism to secure it in the locked position, without the need for batteries. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty against fire or attempted/actual break-in.
