The TS Series is a standard line of fire rated safes constructed with 12 gauge steel and designed to provide a 30-minute fire rating at temperatures of up to 1200 degrees F. This safe features a robust one-layer fireboard insulation in the body walls, floor, and ceiling, along with three layers in the door, effectively maintaining integrity during fire exposure. Security attributes include a 4.25" thick composite steel door, eight 1" diameter locking bolts for full door coverage (with one bolt at the top, one at the bottom, and three on each side), a re-locker to prevent lock tampering, a drill resistant hard plate to safeguard against drill attacks, and attack resistant external hinges that allow the door to open 200 degrees. The safe weighs 425 pounds and has exterior dimensions of H: 59" x W: 30" x D: 24" (adding 1.5" to depth for handle & hinges) with interior dimensions of H: 56.5" x W: 28.5" x D: 17.5". The external volume measures 24.6 cubic feet, while the internal volume is 16.3 cubic feet. Additional features include a heavy welded body, pre-drilled bottom for secure floor bolting (mounting hardware for concrete included), and a La Gard Group 2 high security mechanical dial lock for reliable access. The interior accommodates up to 24 guns, depending on their type and size, and is finished with gray carpeting for protection and aesthetics. The heat activated door seal expands up to five times its thickness to provide enhanced fire protection.
