This compact device is designed for efficiently producing dry ice, eliminating the need for a delivery service. It can be easily set up and connected to a liquid CO2 cylinder equipped with a dip tube, generating a ready-to-use 250 to 350 gram block of dry ice in just a few minutes. Each 50 lb. cylinder can produce 10 to 16 blocks of dry ice. The transparent polycarbonate body allows for visibility of the dry ice production process and secures without any clamps, screws, or tools, enabling straightforward removal of the solid block and disconnection from the CO2 cylinder. The lightweight design ensures that the body does not become as cold as the dry ice, allowing safe transport while using appropriate gloves. A durable nickel-plated "pigtail" connects to the CO2 cylinder valve to regulate gas flow, operating at very low pressure, which is monitored via a built-in dial gauge featuring multiple pressure relief safeguards. The kit includes a 1.8m (6 ft) nickel-plated copper connecting tube with a standard CGA 320 thread coupling for easy attachment to an LCO2 cylinder. The overall dimensions of the unit measure 5-5/8" L x 7-5/8" W x 6-1/2" H.
