The water sample dipper is designed for taking samples of water, sewage, wastes, and effluents from lakes, streams, tanks, or ponds, providing a long reach for otherwise inaccessible spots. The kit includes a 1000ml graduated polypropylene plastic pitcher mounted on an aluminum tube handle, which features three sections: a 91cm (3') lower section, a 112cm (44") telescoping section, and an additional 91cm (3') upper section. Connections are made using spring buttons with adjusting steps that are 15cm (6") apart. The minimum handle length is 91cm (3'), while the maximum length can extend to 274cm (9'). The handle has a diameter of 2.5cm (1") with a telescoping tube diameter of 2.2cm (7/8").
