The Knaack Model 36 Jobmaster® chest measures 36" L and has a capacity of 7 cu ft, making it versatile and portable for holding hand and power tools as well as accessories. It features a full-length piano hinge that is stacked and welded for enhanced resistance against break-in attempts. The chest incorporates a Watchman® IV lock system with a recessed lock housing to provide protection against theft, along with additional reinforcement between the lock and side housing. The bigger, better hinges offer stronger protection against pry-ins. The chest includes full-length shelves but does not feature a 3-point latch or power pass. It boasts a powder-coat finish for superior durability and corrosion resistance, while the four-way skids allow access from any side for easier transportation. The closed height is 21-3/8" and the open height is 37-3/8". Additionally, it has caster-ready 14-gauge steel skids to accommodate optional casters, recessed handles for positive gripping even while wearing gloves, and heavy-duty 16-gauge steel construction with fully arc-welded seams. The accessory tray model 41 can be used with this chest for added organization.
