The FSD series is a mixed flow centrifugal type exhaust/supply fan designed for moderate size ventilation applications, offering the high flow characteristics of axial designs along with the higher pressure and non-overloading features of backward curved impellers. It includes permanently sealed, self-lubricating ball bearings for reliability. The fan's square design results in a larger discharge area compared to tubular centrifugal or vane axial fans, allowing for reduced outlet velocities and quieter operation. Key features include a mixed flow impeller that combines high flow with higher pressure and incorporates automatic reset thermal overload protection, making it 100% speed controllable and capable of handling airstream temperatures of up to 140° F. The fan is UL listed and AMCA certified and comes with a three-year warranty.
