The BSC Preferred Welding Strip Door SD14-8-6X6 measures 6'W x 6'H and features 8" amber tint PVC strips designed specifically for use as weld screen partitions, effectively blocking UV light emitted by welding arcs to enhance workplace safety in compliance with OSHA regulations. The strips are made with a weld tint compound that includes fire retardant additives and high levels of UV stabilizers to ensure durability and maintain quality over time. Each complete kit includes 8" strips with a 50% overlap, and for efficient installation, the kit also contains BSC Preferred's exclusive Save-T Loc universal galvanized steel mounting hardware. It is recommended that proper eye protection be used for direct viewing while utilizing the strip doors.
