The woodworking motor features a powerful 3 HP, operating at 3450 RPM, with a 145 frame size. It is totally enclosed and fan-cooled (TEFC), designed for 230V, single-phase (1PH) continuous duty applications, and does not include thermal protection, offering a 1.0 service factor. The motor is equipped with a round mount, allowing it to pivot on a rod for easy belt tensioning. This design ensures that the totally enclosed fan-cooled motor produces extra high breakdown torques, providing maximum cutting power. The motor has a shaft that is 1 3/4 inches long and 3/4 inches in diameter, complete with a keyway. In addition, a 54-inch cord is included with all motors ranging from 1 1/2 to 4 HP.
