The agricultural motor features a 1/4HP power rating, operates at 1625RPM, and has a 48 frame size. It is a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) design, capable of operating at 115/230V with a single-phase (1PH) configuration and is suitable for Airover duty. The motor includes automatic thermal protection and has a service factor of 1.0, as well as a rigid mount for stability. Specifically designed for fan and blower duty, it ensures dependable, energy-saving performance in applications where the fan is directly mounted on the motor shaft. The permanent split capacitor design eliminates the need for a centrifugal switch, enhancing reliability compared to other single-phase motors, while promoting energy efficiency and cost savings. The motor can operate at either the listed speed or in two-speed mode when appropriately coupled with an auxiliary switch. It includes overload protection with an automatic reset feature, grounding provisions, a totally enclosed and dust-tight design, and is lubricated with a quiet-running, high-temperature lubricant. The corrosion-resistant finish makes it suitable for tough applications; however, due to the inherently low starting torque, this motor is not suitable for belt-driven fan applications and must be installed within the air stream of the driven fan.
