The agricultural motor features a power rating of 1/2HP, 1075RPM, and comes with a 56H frame. It is designed as a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) type, operating at 115/230V with a single-phase (1PH) configuration. This motor has an Airover duty rating and includes automatic thermal protection, offering a 1.0 service factor and resilient mounting. The permanent split capacitor design enhances reliability by eliminating the need for a centrifugal switch, making it more energy efficient and cost-effective to operate. Capable of operating at either listed speed or two-speed operation with an auxiliary switch, the motor features overload protection with an automatic reset, grounding provisions, and a dust-tight design for dependable performance. It is lubricated with a high-temperature lubricant for quiet operation and has a corrosion-resistant finish for durability in tough applications. Due to its inherently low starting torque, this motor is not suitable for belt-driven fan applications and must be mounted within the air stream of the driven fan.
