The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc TS 777F features a 2" diameter resin-bonded TS ceramic 80 grit disc designed to withstand high heat and pressure. It incorporates a grinding aid that reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. The disc is made with 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, a ceramic mineral engineered for enhanced toughness and hardness, combined with aluminum oxide mineral for increased performance. This blend of ceramic aluminum oxide provides superior cut-rate and durability, making it suitable for moderate to heavy stock removal and intense heat and stress applications. The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F is compatible with Roloc attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, with discs available specifically for each attachment design.
