3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F is a 3" diameter ceramic abrasive disc with 36 grit, resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure. It features a grinding aid that reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. The disc uses 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, a ceramic mineral designed to enhance toughness and hardness, blended with aluminum oxide mineral to improve performance. This combination provides fast cutting, increased durability, and is suitable for moderate to heavy stock removal in intense heat and stress applications. The ceramic aluminum oxide blend surpasses standard aluminum oxide abrasives in cut rate and durability, making it ideal for difficult grinding tasks. The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F is compatible with TSM, TR, TP, and TS Roloc attachment systems, designed for blending, deburring, edge beveling, flat areas, grinding, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
