The 3M™ ROLOC™ Disc TS 777F is a 2" diameter TS ceramic disc with 36 grit designed for moderate to heavy stock removal. The disc is resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure, featuring a grinding aid that reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. It incorporates 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, a ceramic mineral engineered to enhance toughness and hardness, blended with aluminum oxide mineral for increased performance and durability. This ceramic aluminum oxide blend surpasses standard aluminum oxide abrasives in cut rate and durability, making it suitable for difficult grinding applications involving intense heat and stress. The 3M™ ROLOC™ Disc 777F is compatible with ROLOC attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, with discs available to match each attachment design. It is intended for applications including blending, deburring, edge beveling, flat areas, grinding, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
