The 3M™ ROLOC™ disc 361F is a 1" diameter TR attachment disc featuring aluminum oxide abrasive with P120 grit. The aluminum oxide mineral is known for its fast cut-rate, long life, and self-fracturing property that exposes fresh cutting edges, making it suitable for grinding, sanding, and finishing applications on a variety of materials including ferrous alloys in both woodworking and metalworking. The disc uses a heat-resistant resin as a binding agent that adheres the abrasive to the cloth backing, maintaining bond stability under high heat or pressure conditions. The cloth-backed design provides durability and flexibility, ideal for metal work or heavy wood stock removal. It is compatible with ROLOC attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, requiring selection of the disc with the corresponding attachment design. The disc is applied in blending, deburring, edge beveling, flat area grinding, metal prepping prior to painting, weld removal, and finishing within the metal fabrication industry. The product comes with a warranty as specified by 3M.
