The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 361F is a 2" diameter abrasive disc featuring aluminum oxide P100 grit, known for its fast cut-rate and long life due to its self-fracturing mineral that exposes fresh cutting edges. The disc uses a heat-resistant resin as a binding agent, which adheres the abrasive to the cloth backing and maintains bond stability under high heat or pressure. The cloth backing provides durability and flexibility, making it suitable for heavy wood stock removal and metalworking. The disc is compatible with Roloc attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS; users must select the appropriate attachment design for their system. This disc is used for applications such as blending, deburring, edge beveling, working on flat areas, grinding, prepping metal before painting, weld removal, and finishing metal fabrication, primarily in the metal fabrication industry.
