The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F is a 3-inch diameter TSM ceramic disc with 60 grit, resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure. It includes a grinding aid to reduce grinding temperatures, protecting heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. The abrasive grain is composed of 3M™ ceramic mineral designed to enhance toughness and hardness, blended with aluminum oxide mineral for increased performance, cut-rate, and durability. This ceramic aluminum oxide blend is ideal for moderate to heavy stock removal and intense heat and stress applications, surpassing standard aluminum oxide abrasives. The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F is compatible with Roloc attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, though discs should be selected based on the specific attachment design required. Typical applications include blending, deburring, edge beveling, flat area grinding, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
