The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 361F is a 1" diameter disc featuring aluminum oxide abrasive with P100 grit, known for its fast cut-rate and long life due to its self-fracturing property that exposes fresh cutting edges. It is widely used in grinding, sanding, and finishing applications on a variety of materials including ferrous alloys in woodworking and metalworking. The disc uses a heat-resistant resin as a binding agent to securely adhere the abrasive to the cloth backing, providing durability and flexibility under high heat or pressure conditions. Cloth-backed discs are suitable for heavy wood stock removal and metalworking tasks. The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 361F is compatible with Roloc attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, requiring selection of the correct attachment design for each system.
