The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F is a 2" diameter TSM ceramic 60 grit disc resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure, featuring a grinding aid that reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. The disc incorporates 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain designed to enhance toughness and hardness, with an aluminum oxide mineral blended with the ceramic abrasive grain, resulting in one of the hardest, longest-lasting minerals available. This combination is ideal for moderate to heavy stock removal, providing fast cutting performance and durability in intense heat and stress applications. The ceramic aluminum oxide blend surpasses traditional aluminum oxide abrasives in cut rate and durability, making it suitable for difficult grinding tasks. The disc is compatible with 3M™ Roloc™ attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, and should be chosen to match the appropriate system. Typical applications include blending, deburring, edge beveling, flat area grinding, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
