The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 361F is a 1-1/2" diameter aluminum oxide abrasive disc with P240 grit, designed for industrial use due to its fast cut-rate and long life. The aluminum oxide mineral provides a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, making it suitable for grinding, sanding, and finishing applications across a wide variety of materials, including ferrous alloys in woodworking and metalworking. The disc features a heat-resistant resin that securely binds the abrasive to the cloth backing, maintaining bond stability under high heat or pressure. Cloth-backed discs offer durability and flexibility, making them ideal for metalworking and heavy wood stock removal. This disc is compatible with 3M™ Roloc™ attachment systems including TSM, TR, TP, and TS, with users required to select the appropriate disc attachment design for each system.
