The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Roloc™ Durable Edge Disc 984F is designed to enhance efficiency and throughput through the integration of the 3M™ Roloc™ quick-change attachment system and 3M proprietary precision-shaped grain (PSG) technology, which together provide exceptional cut rates and prolonged disc life. The disc features a laminated 2-ply polyester backing that ensures durability and wear resistance, especially suited for edge work. The PSG technology allows for a high cut-rate with reduced pressure, enabling operators to complete challenging tasks more quickly and with less physical strain. Additionally, a grinding aid on the disc helps maintain cooler operating temperatures, particularly on stainless steel and heat-sensitive metals like nickel alloys and titanium, minimizing the risk of discoloration and heat-related stress cracks.
