The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F is a 1" diameter TR ceramic 60 grit disc resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure, featuring a grinding aid to reduce grinding temperatures and protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. It incorporates 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, a ceramic mineral designed to enhance toughness and hardness, blended with aluminum oxide mineral for increased performance. This blend makes the disc suitable for moderate to heavy stock removal and applications requiring fast cutting and durability under intense heat and stress. The ceramic aluminum oxide blends outperform standard aluminum oxide abrasives in cut-rate and durability, making the disc an excellent choice for difficult grinding tasks. The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F is compatible with Roloc attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, and should be selected according to the system's attachment design. It is intended for applications such as blending, deburring, edge beveling, flat area grinding, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
