The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Roloc™ Durable Edge Disc 984F is a 3-inch diameter abrasive disc featuring TSM ceramic grain with a 36+ grit rating. It combines the 3M™ Roloc™ quick-change attachment system with proprietary Precision-Shaped Grain (PSG) technology, which delivers outstanding cut rates and extended disc life. The disc is constructed with a laminated 2-ply polyester backing designed for wear resistance during edge work, enhancing its longevity and durability. PSG technology contributes to a high cut rate with less pressure, allowing operators to complete tough grinding tasks faster and with less fatigue. The disc incorporates a grinding aid that helps keep it cooler on stainless steel and other heat-sensitive metals like nickel alloys and titanium, reducing the likelihood of metal discoloration, oxidation, and heat-related stress cracks.
