The 3M™ ROLOC™ Disc 777F 2" Diameter TSM Ceramic P120 Grit features a resin bond designed to withstand high heat and pressure, with a grinding aid that reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. It incorporates 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, a ceramic mineral that enhances toughness and hardness, blended with aluminum oxide mineral to improve performance, making it suitable for moderate to heavy stock removal. This ceramic aluminum oxide blend delivers faster cutting rates and greater durability compared to standard aluminum oxide abrasives, ideal for difficult grinding applications subject to intense heat and stress. The disc is compatible with ROLOC attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, with the appropriate attachment design to be selected based on the system used. Applications include blending, deburring, edge beveling, flat area grinding, weld removal, and metal finishing for metal fabrication industries.
