3M™ ROLOC™ Disc 777F 1-1/2" Diameter TR Ceramic 50 Grit is resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure, featuring a grinding aid that reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. The disc uses 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, a ceramic mineral designed to enhance toughness and hardness, combined with aluminum oxide mineral to increase performance. This blend of ceramic and aluminum oxide abrasives provides superior cut-rate and durability, ideal for moderate to heavy stock removal and applications involving intense heat and stress. The 777F disc is compatible with ROLOC attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, with discs available in attachment designs tailored to each system. Typical applications include blending, deburring, edge beveling, flat areas, grinding, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
