The 3M™ ROLOC™ Disc 777F is a 1" diameter TR ceramic P120 grit disc, resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure, featuring a grinding aid to reduce grinding temperatures and protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. It employs 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, a ceramic mineral designed to enhance toughness and hardness, combined with aluminum oxide mineral to increase performance and durability. This ceramic aluminum oxide blend offers superior cut-rate and longevity compared to standard aluminum oxide abrasives, making it ideal for moderate to heavy stock removal and intense heat and stress applications. The disc is compatible with ROLOC attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, requiring selection of the attachment design specific to the system used. It is designed for applications including blending, deburring, edge beveling, flat area grinding, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
