The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F is a 2-inch diameter TSM ceramic P100 grit abrasive disc resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure, featuring a grinding aid to reduce grinding temperatures and protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. The disc uses 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, a ceramic mineral engineered to enhance toughness and hardness, combined with aluminum oxide mineral to increase performance with one of the hardest and longest-lasting mineral blends available. This ceramic aluminum oxide blend is ideal for moderate to heavy stock removal, cutting fast while handling intense heat and stress, surpassing aluminum oxide abrasives in cut-rate and durability for difficult grinding applications. The 777F disc is compatible with Roloc attachment systems including TSM, TR, TP, and TS, and should be selected to match the specific attachment design of the user's system. Its applications include blending, deburring, edge beveling, working on flat areas, grinding, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
