The 3M™ ROLOC™ Disc TS 777F is a 3" diameter resin-bonded disc with TS ceramic 36 grit, designed to withstand high heat and pressure. It features a grinding aid that reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. The disc uses 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, a ceramic mineral engineered for enhanced toughness and hardness, blended with aluminum oxide mineral to increase performance. This combination provides one of the hardest, longest-lasting abrasive grains available, making it suitable for moderate to heavy stock removal and intense heat and stress applications. Ceramic aluminum oxide blends offer superior cut rate and durability compared to standard aluminum oxide abrasives, making the disc ideal for difficult grinding tasks. The 777F disc is compatible with ROLOC attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, and should be selected according to the system in use. Typical applications include blending, deburring, edge beveling, flat area grinding, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
