The 3M™ ROLOC™ disc 777F is a 1" diameter, TR ceramic 50 grit disc resin-bonded to withstand high heat and pressure. It features a grinding aid that reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. The disc incorporates 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, a ceramic mineral designed to enhance toughness and hardness, blended with aluminum oxide mineral for increased performance. This blend provides one of the hardest, longest-lasting abrasive grains, making it suitable for moderate to heavy stock removal and able to handle intense heat and stress applications. Ceramic aluminum oxide blends surpass standard aluminum oxide abrasives in cut-rate and durability, making the 777F an excellent choice for difficult grinding tasks. The 3M™ ROLOC™ disc 777F is compatible with ROLOC attachment systems including TSM, TR, TP, and TS, and users should select the disc with the attachment design corresponding to their system. Typical applications include blending, deburring, edge beveling, working on flat areas, grinding, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
