The Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor is designed to efficiently convey lightweight loads with firm flat surfaces, such as cartons, totes, and cases. This conveyor is lighter than traditional roller conveyors, facilitating quick temporary setups and includes quick connecting hook and rod couplers for easy assembly. The skatewheels roll freely, making them particularly suitable for lighter packages. Constructed with 12 GA galvanized steel frames, measuring 1" x 2-1/2" x 1", the axles are made of 1/4" diameter steel on 3" centers, with one end threaded and equipped with a locking nut. The wheels have a diameter of 1-15/16" and are pre-lubricated zinc plated steel, with a capacity of 75 lbs each. The galvanized steel frame supports a maximum load capacity of 36 lbs per foot with supports on 10' centers, and up to 260 lbs per foot with supports placed on 5' centers. The skatewheel sections are measured by the overall width (OAW), ensuring compatibility with different setups.
