The Ashland 90° curve aluminum skatewheel conveyor has a 15" overall width (OAW) and 10 wheels per foot (WPF). It is designed for gravity conveying of lightweight loads with firm flat surfaces such as cartons, totes, and cases. The conveyor is lighter than roller conveyor, making it ideal for quick temporary setups, and includes quick connecting hook and rod couplers which are zinc plated. The skatewheels, which are 1-15/16" diameter pre-lubricated aluminum wheels with a 1/4" bore, roll freely and have a 75 lb capacity per wheel. The construction features 1" x 2-1/2" x 1" frames made from 1/8" heat-treated aluminum, with 1/4" diameter steel axles spaced on 3" centers, one end threaded with locking nut. The aluminum frame supports evenly distributed, non-impact loads of 16 lbs. per foot with supports spaced at 10' centers and 150 lbs. per foot with supports at 5' centers. Skatewheel conveyor sections are measured by overall width (OAW). The conveyor complies with standard industrial construction and load capacity requirements, and the package includes the skatewheel sections and hook and rod couplers for connection.
