The Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor is designed to convey lightweight loads with firm, flat surfaces, including cartons, totes, and cases. This conveyor features a lightweight design compared to roller conveyors, facilitating quick temporary setups. It includes quick connecting hook and rod couplers, while the skatewheels roll freely, making them ideal for lighter packages. The conveyor options include aluminum, which is easier to handle due to its light weight, and galvanized steel, which offers enhanced durability. The skatewheels are 1-15/16" in diameter and pre-lubricated with zinc-plated steel construction. It has 1" x 2-1/2" x 1" frames made of 12-gauge galvanized steel, and the axles are 1/4" in diameter on 3" centers, with one end threaded for a locking nut. Wheel per foot is specified per line item, and the overall width is measured as OAW. The wheels have a capacity of 75 lbs, while the galvanized steel frame can support 36 lbs. per foot with supports on 10' centers and 260 lbs. per foot with supports on 5' centers.
