The Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor is designed to efficiently convey lightweight loads with firm flat surfaces, such as cartons, totes, and cases. It features a lightweight construction that makes it ideal for quick temporary installations, along with quick connecting hook and rod couplers for ease of setup. The skatewheels roll freely, enhancing their suitability for lighter packages. The conveyor is available in both aluminum, which is easier to handle, and galvanized steel, known for its durability. Each wheel measures 1-15/16" in diameter and is pre-lubricated with a zinc-plated steel finish. The construction includes 1" x 2-1/2" x 1" frames made from 12 gauge galvanized steel, with 1/4" diameter steel axles positioned on 3" centers, and one end threaded with a locking nut. Capacities include 75 lbs per wheel and a galvanized steel frame capacity of 36 lbs per foot with supports on 10' centers, or 260 lbs per foot with supports on 5' centers. The skatewheel sections are measured by overall width (OAW), and wheels have a bore of 1/4".
