The Thermo Scientific™ Cimarec™ Basic Hotplates achieve maximum temperature in under 8 minutes and feature a sleek, rugged design that minimizes the risk of top plate breakage, promoting durability for economical high performance. The hotplates include a solid ceramic top plate that is easy to clean and resistant to acids and alkalis. The new top-plate design further reduces the chance of breakage, while the spillway design effectively diverts spills away from internal components. Precise temperature control is facilitated by a control knob, and the integral ring-stand holder is designed to accommodate a 0.5" (1.3 cm) diameter support rod. Please note that these hotplates will not ship to residential addresses.
