Designed for enhanced durability, the raised display protects electronics from spills, while the system allows users to set programs (ramp/dwell) and save settings. Additional options include a PT1000 temperature probe and a splash guard protection shield. The advanced Stir Trac technology ensures slow-speed stirring with consistent speed control and stronger magnetic coupling, complemented by a hot top warning system that alerts users when the heating surface exceeds 50°C (122°F) to prevent accidental burns.
