The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Cut and Polish Unitized Wheel CP-UW measures 6 inches in diameter, 1/2 inch in thickness, and has a 3/4 inch arbor hole, featuring aluminum oxide abrasive mineral for aggressive deburring, blending, and finishing on harder metals. This tightly layered, durable unitized wheel is available in medium to hard densities and is designed to replace conventional abrasive products such as rubber bonded wheels and small set-up wheels, offering portability and suitability for jobs requiring small diameters and narrow widths. The aluminum oxide mineral provides a high cut-rate, hardness, strength, and low heat retention, making it ideal for grinding applications on a wide variety of substrates, including ferrous alloys.
