It is designed for aggressive deburring, blending, and finishing on harder metals and applications requiring portability, offering a superior alternative to conventional abrasive products such as rubber bonded wheels and small set-up wheels. The wheel features a tough nylon web combined with aluminum oxide, which is known for its high cut-rate, hardness, strength, low heat retention, and self-fracturing properties that expose fresh cutting edges during use, making it suitable for working on a wide variety of substrates, including ferrous alloys in both woodworking and metalworking.
