The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and accommodating heavy weight items, featuring a unique crate design that utilizes precisely machined individual panels crafted on state-of-the-art CNC equipment. This innovative construction creates slots and interlocking edges, allowing the base, sides, and top to fit together seamlessly for exceptional strength, with assembly or disassembly taking less than two minutes for most crates. The crates are made from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, with a base constructed from a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, ensuring bolted construction for added durability. The Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips are included, and the crates can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions of the crates.
