The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and heavy-weight items, featuring an innovative crate design with individually machined panels made from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood. The construction includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, impact resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, and bolted construction, ensuring exceptional strength. Assembling or disassembling most Sure-Lok® crates takes less than two minutes. The crates utilize Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. All dimensions provided are the inside dimensions, ensuring precise fitting for various applications.
