The Sure-Lok® premium crates are specifically designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and handling heavy weight items. This innovative crate system features individual panels precision-machined using state-of-the-art CNC equipment, allowing for slots and interlocking edges that create a robust structure when assembled. Most Sure-Lok® crates can be assembled or disassembled in less than two minutes. The kit includes 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, and heavy-duty Sure-Lok® version 5 clips. The maximum stacking load supported by the crates is 50,000 lbs, and the dimensions provided are the inside dimensions.
