The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and heavy-weight items, featuring an innovative and simple crate design. Made from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, the base construction includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, supplemented with impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks and bolted construction. The system utilizes Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips, ensuring exceptional strength with a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The crates are designed for easy assembly and disassembly, taking less than two minutes to complete most configurations. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions of the crates.
