The Sure-Lok® premium crates are specifically designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and the transport of heavy weight items. This innovative crate system features individual panels that are precisely machined using state-of-the-art CNC equipment, resulting in slots and interlocking edges that provide exceptional strength when assembling the base, sides, and top. Assembly or disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates takes less than two minutes. The crates are constructed from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels and include a base made of a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, all utilizing bolted construction for added durability. The Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips ensure secure fastening, while the maximum stacking load capacity of the crates is 50,000 lbs. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions of the crates.
