The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and heavy weight items, featuring an innovative crate design made from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels. The base construction includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, all assembled through bolted construction. The system utilizes Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips, ensuring exceptional strength with a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. Assembly or disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates takes less than two minutes, and all dimensions provided refer to the inside dimensions of the crates.
