The Sure-Lok® Premium Crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and heavy-weight items, featuring a simple yet innovative crate design that includes individual panels precisely machined on state-of-the-art CNC equipment. This design creates slots and interlocking edges that allow the base, sides, and top to fit together, providing exceptional strength and stability. Assembly or disassembly can be accomplished in less than two minutes for most crates. Each crate is constructed from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, with a base made of a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, all utilizing bolted construction. The crates are secured with Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs.
