The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and heavy-weight items, featuring an innovative crate design with individual panels precisely machined on state-of-the-art CNC equipment. This design includes slots and interlocking edges that allow the base, sides, and top to fit together, providing exceptional strength while enabling assembly or disassembly in less than two minutes. The crates are constructed from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, with a base that includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, utilizing bolted construction. Equipped with Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips, these crates can withstand a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions mentioned are the inside dimensions.
