The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy-weight items. This innovative crate system features individual panels that are precisely machined from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood using state-of-the-art CNC equipment, creating slots and interlocking edges for exceptional strength. The assembly and disassembly process takes less than two minutes. The base construction includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, ensuring bolted construction for durability. The crates utilize Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions, allowing for effective space utilization during transport and storage.
