The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy-weight items. This innovative crate system features individual panels that are precisely machined from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood using state-of-the-art CNC equipment, resulting in slots and interlocking edges that create exceptional strength when assembling the base, sides, and top. Assembly or disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates takes less than two minutes. The base construction includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, and bolted construction. The crates are secured with Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can withstand a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions of the crates.
