The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and heavy-weight items. This innovative crate system features individually machined panels made from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood, which includes a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, along with impact resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks and bolted construction for enhanced durability. The crates utilize Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The assembly and disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates can be accomplished in less than two minutes, and the dimensions provided are the inside dimensions of the crate.
