The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy-weight items, featuring an innovative crate design with individual panels precisely machined on state-of-the-art CNC equipment. This ensures slots and interlocking edges that allow the base, sides, and top to fit together for exceptional strength, with a quick assembly or disassembly time of less than two minutes. The crates are constructed from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, with a base made of a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck, 3/4" marine grade fir plywood bottom runners, and impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks featuring bolted construction. They also include Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and have a maximum stacking load capacity of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions provided are for the inside of the crates.
