The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term re-use, and heavy weight items, incorporating a simple yet innovative crate design. Constructed from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, the base features a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, along with impact resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks and bolted construction. The crates utilize Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy duty clips, and are capable of withstanding a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. Assembly and disassembly take less than two minutes, and the dimensions provided reflect the inside measurements of the crate.
